University Towne Building Corporation (UTBC) began its first residential construction project in 1991.     DIRK A. HOYT

    PRESIDENT

    Over 25 years of experience in managing commercial, retail and residential construction projects. Prior to joining UTBC, spent twenty years in the retail automotive parts business in Houston. Duties there included new store real estate development and construction, purchasing, store operations and advertising. Over 15 years of commercial site procurement, development and construction experience, including new stores, warehouses, office buildings and over 150 various remodeling projects. Over 18 years of developing high- end custom homes, speculative residential projects and large scale residential remodels. Bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University in 1978, Dirk joined UTBC as a principal in 1997 and became Owner and President in 1999.

    ERICH KLEINE

    VICE-PRESIDENT, CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS

    Erich Kleine is a new home construction professional with over 14 years of experience in the residential construction industry. Prior to joining UTBC in 2014, Erich worked for both national and local homebuilders. During his years with these companies he was involved in all facets of the building cycle working in construction management, land acquisition, site development, purchasing and accounting. He currently serves UTBC as the Vice-President of Construction Operations and is involved in all phases of construction. Erich is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a degree in finance and accounting.
